Anal Vijay Singh joins Euler as VP manufacturing, plant head

Euler
Motors, an electric vehicle company and a frontrunner in EV innovation,
announced its strategic move to appoint auto industry veteran Anal Vijay Singh
as VP Manufacturing & Plant Head, to lead its cutting-edge facility in
Palwal, Haryana.
Over his distinguished career spanning 35 years, Anal Vijay
Singh served as the Plant Head at Pantnagar Works, Tata Motors Limited, leading
large-scale production and supply chain operations for the Small Commercial
Vehicle (SCV) segment.
This
development underscores Euler Motors’ commitment to crafting an unparalleled EV
manufacturing hub that keeps pace with the escalating demands within the
commercial EV sector. In fact, Euler Motors ranked third in 3-wheeler
commercial EV sales over the last quarter of CY 2023 which saw aggressive
demand owing to the festive season.
As
VP Manufacturing & Plant head, Anal Vijay Singh will orchestrate seamless
tech integration, manufacturing, and supply chain processes to enable the plant
to reach its 35,000-unit annual capacity as planned. In his role, he will
ensure delivery of tasks like meeting plant deliverables, facility planning and
cost optimisation. He will also be responsible for quality planning and driving
manufacturing excellence across the value chain. Anal Singh’s leadership will
extend beyond the traditional responsibilities, incorporating principles of
Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management (TQM) and Safety, Quality,
Productivity, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment (SQPDCME) to foster a
state-of-the-art facility.

In
his previous stint, Anal Vijay Singh achieved significant milestones, including
the establishment of the manufacturing facility for Tata's flagship SCV
platform, Tata Intra, and the successful launch of various BS6 small commercial
vehicles, including India's first SCV Electric vehicle, Ace EV. He is Certified
under the 1000 Visionary SME Programme (2015-16) a joint effort of JICA , CII,
DIPP GOI.
Anal
has also served in various positions of responsibility, such as being a Board
Member of the National Board for Quality Promotion (NBQP), QCI, and a Special
Invitee to the CII Uttarakhand State Council.
